By using Facelio, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

Facelio is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to analyze facial skin conditions and track skin health over time. Our analysis is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

2. Medical Disclaimer

Facelio is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnoses. Our AI-powered analysis is intended for informational and tracking purposes only. Always consult a qualified dermatologist or healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not disregard professional medical advice based on information from Facelio.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use Facelio.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Facelio offers free and premium subscription plans.
• Free users receive a limited number of scans.
• Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Facelio for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload photos that do not belong to you without consent.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our AI models.
• Abuse the service or circumvent usage limitations.
• Share your account with others.

6. Intellectual Property

Facelio and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your photos and personal data.

7. Limitation of Liability

Facelio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to decisions made based on AI analysis results. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the app settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Facelio after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the app.
