• Analysis Results: Skin analysis data including severity scores, acne type classification, and zone-level assessments.

• Device Data: Device model, operating system version, and app version for compatibility and debugging.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Provide AI-powered skin analysis and track your progress over time.

• Improve our AI models and analysis accuracy (only with your consent).
• Send notifications about your skincare routine (if enabled).
• Process payments and manage your subscription.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all personal data including photos and analysis results are permanently removed within 30 days.

Facelio is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us.
